And here is a close-up for better view of the stitch. I was annoyed by it at first, but now I think it's just nice. I really need to get a digicam, my phone's camera sucks for indoor picture. profile
Just aimlessly surfing blogs and came across yours. I wanted to say that your creation is beautiful. I love arts and crafts as well, never learned to knit, but I do cross-stitching.
HI there, very nice scarf. By the way about your question for Elizabeth Cardi.I think if I'm not mistaken I only use about 31/2 balls for the Elizabeth Cardi. I did altered the pattern slightly and added on some frills. If you may notice my sleeve is a bit shorter than the original pattern. And also I shortened the bodice about 2.5" to fit my short waist line.

Such a sweet colour and great work on the scarf. Was it an easy lace pattern? I'm bad at lace, I keep making mistakes!
Lovely...:) that was a really fast finish too.
